Appearance: Cecil is of Scottish descent. He has Orange  hair with a short fluff in the back, while long bangs are in the front. his hair curls upward and outward on the sides and back while  his front bangs are straight. He keeps his hair longer in the front simply bc he isnt a fan of haircuts. Because of his long bangs, he holds it up with a red hair band and ties it upward and holds the rest of his hair out of his face with a pair of sunglasses.

Cecils left eyebrow is cut a little bit, he doesnt remember where he got it like that but it never grew back to normal

Cecil wears sunglasses. these are glasses that he either wears to prevent the sun from entering his eyes, to hold up his hair, and to wear when he drives a vehicle. It was one of the first thingshe bought with his own money after being adopted. The sunglasses have replaceable lens

Cecil is missing both his legs. Right above the kneecap on both legs. Cecil lost both his legs due to a horrible accident during a war his country underwent (NOTE: Cecil is of scottish deent but that doesnt mean hes from a universe where scotland underwent a war) He lost both his legs when a incoming strike force of soldiers and mechs came into his town to destroy it. a bombshell shot down his home and the falling rubble knocked him out and crushed both his legs.

Cecil has two Prosthetic mechanical legs to replace his missing ones. These were made especially for him by his adoptive mother, Doctor Audrey Helen Lockett.

These Mechanical legs provide Cecil with a higher athletic ability than a regular human his age could have.

The biggest functions the Mech legs provide are:

Increased Athletic Ability: This allows Cecil to perform athletic feats and get tired much slower than a regular person

Spring loaded jumps: the gears and mechanisms in the leg allow Cecil to launch himself across great distances

Piston Kick: Same technology used for spring jumps, except instead of using it to jump, it used to send a hard impact to the opponent

Hardened shielding: made of a strong metal material and can be used to block strikes

Shock Absorber: impacts and falls with the legs provide a protection of the impact

360 degree rotation: the ball joint connecting the thigh to the mech legs can rotate 360 degrees

Steam Shroud: a cooling system prevents the legs from overheating and disabling. can be used to shoot out a shroud of steam to make escapes or disorientating situations

Cannon blaster: the ultimate function in these mech legs. when in use: the heel and base of foot separate and dig into the earth tearing rubble out of the ground and forcing it into a chamber in the leg. a crushing mechanism then condenses the rubble (steam is released to avoid buildup and overheating from steam vents) and the rubble is crushed into a hockey puck to 1 foot canister sized ammo round. which is then shot using the ‘spring jump/piston kick’ mechanism out of the hold in the knee cap.</b>

Cecil also had two Fire Gauntlets he wears that help him with physical hand to hand fighting. The gauntlets are made up of a few components:

1. the glove a red fingerless glove that covers from below the wrist to the first bit of a finger after leaving the palm.

2. The wrapping that goes around under the red glove to the forarm and the wrist.

3. the knuckler, the bit is a small metal plate that goes from teh wrist to the knuckles and had another plate that comes outward to the knuckles and has a knuckle shape coming out for ever finger other than the thumb.

4. and finally the bracer bit. the bracer is the large red part of the gauntlet that covers the wrist to the elbow. these are strong enough to use to block attacks and the inside has shock absorbing padding to shield the user frm breaking a bone from the impact of an attack.

The gauntlets also have an important funciton used for meeting an opponent who matches Cecils fighting strength and lock each other out.

Its a Gas powered fire mechanism. a small canister of gas is located near the wrist and the elbow buckles. when in use a spray of gas is sprayed from the three holes on either side and are then ignited to create flames that shoot out to burn the opponent.

Should a malfunction occur with the fire one of two options can be taken.

1. Cecil holds down his hands to the vents near his legs and the steam shroud blows out in an attempt to blow out the fire.

2. an emergency latch is located on inner wrist and with a simple flick of the wrist the buckler undos and falls off leaving the knuckler plate, gloves and wrappings.</b>

Cecil also wears adjustable pants, with strings to tie down the pants at whatever length cecil wishes.

Primary Objective: Cecil is forever loyal to Doctor Audrey Lockett, his adoptive mother and the person who saved his life. Cecil is on a mission to gather stolen research in engineering, weaponry, and medical info from people who aimed to steal her work and to eliminate those who were part of a lasting militia from the country that attacked his home country. Dr. Audrey Lockett was killed by an organized mix of scientific thieves and opposing country forces and stole her work. As an act of Vengeance Cecil vows to gather all the information stolen and dispose of it and take revenge on those who attacked his country and took his legs from him.

Secondary Objectives: Serve his adoptive mothers dying words, to dispose of her research as the world should not have that kind of power yet.

Protect His friends and those who are loyal to him, and who he in return is loyal to too.

Leg Cannons are restricted to the need for viable ammunition (ex. if fighting in a muddy forest and a swamp is his flooring, there is no way he can use his only range attack, his leg cannons because mud isn't an ideal ammunition and hes better off throwing mud balls.)

His Fire Attacks have little to no range, the farthest it could possibly go (on a full tank of gas released) is maybe a 20 foot radius around him of a coating of fire.

Fire gauntlets can sometimes burn him and cecil must be careful when using them.

Doctory Audrey H Lockett: 43 year old woman and adoptive mother of Cecil. (ref coming soon) Dr. Audrey Lockett has multiple degrees in many subjects but most of them are medical, and engineering degrees. She was previously employed as a technology specialist for the country that attacked Cecil. But after some of her work was stolen (mostly airship designs and armoured vehicles) and used to start a war she ran away.

She adopted him whilst on her way to leave the country Cecil was from because of the war. She saw cecil in a makshift hospital and decided to taker him as her own because the people caring for him didnt have the medical knowledge to nurse him back to regular health, and no parent could be found for him. She took him with her to her home across the sea and there Cecil lived a life with her. She was an extremely loving mother and Cecil grew to love her as his real mother. she taught him almost everything she knew and anything she didn't teach him was likely written down in research.

During her final days Cecil took care of her bed ridden state by providing a lovely closing to her life as she had developed cancer cells that slowly degraded her health.

Her final day was met brutally however. She was targeted for assassination from an organized group of Thieves who sought out to kill her then steal her research in hopes to become more powerful.

She was stabbed multiple times following a slow death by bleeding out. Her last words were told to Cecil as he returned from ending the lives of the a few of the thieves before some got away with some research, those words were “Cecil...The world is not ready for that research, please destroy it, all of it let no one see it. take it and...and...Cecil...i'm so proud of the man you've become. I love you…” followed by a gurgled cough and then silence…
